COMPLETELY RENOVATED WITH DESIGNER FURNISHINGS (UPDATED FOR 2025) FOR COMPLETE LUXURY - NEW 65" 4K TV IN GREAT ROOM & 50" TV IN BEDROOM ON 3D WALL WITH MIRRORED DRESSER

Perfect for couples celebrating an Anniversary/Birthday/Honeymoon/Retirement or just looking for a romantic and relaxing environment with luxurious and stylish furnishings, then our villa is the perfect place for you. Includes a complimentary gift package. This villa is for 2 adult guests only.

Enjoy total luxury at our villa right on the beach. The villa has been completely renovated right back to the studs. We have paid perfect attention to every detail and nothing has been overlooked. Enjoy wonderful ocean views from the balcony and great room.

The villa has wood floors, extensive low country style moldings, designer light fixtures including remote control ceiling fans and recessed lighting, carrera marble bathroom, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom draperies, beautiful mirrors and stylish furniture.

Open the door and enter a relaxing luxurious environment. The villa has a queen sized bed with a leather nail head headboard. Behind the bed you will see the unique 3D wall which will remind you of the ocean waves. The bedroom boasts a custom cherry wood closet with a closet tower and ample room for hanging your clothes. Bedroom has a 50 inch tv mounted on a 3D wall above a mirrored 6 draw dresser.

The bathroom has beautiful marble flooring, marble wall tiles and a marble vanity. Over the vanity is a beautiful designer mirror. The shower/bath combination has glass doors with a rain head shower. The fixtures are gold/oil rubbed bronze.

Next you will find a separate vanity area in the hall, a great place for the ladies to style their hair in the large designer mirror and do their make-up in the smaller LED side mirror. The area could also be used as an area to use your laptop.

Through to the great room you will see the kitchen, living room and eating area. The kitchen granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances:- state of the art Convection Oven/Microwave in which you can cook anything from chicken breasts, steaks, burgers, crispy pizza's all at the touch of a button. A full size very quiet Bosch dishwasher and smooth top range. A stainless steel square sink with a gold faucet. The stainless steel back splash looks amazing, especially at night with the recessed lighting. The villa also has a full sized stainless steel French door refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The white square dinner set and hammered silverware make a perfect place setting to enjoy a relaxing dinner after a long day at the beach! For special occasion dining we have gold edged dinnerware. The beautiful glass dining table and velvet chairs seats two people.
The great room has a wall mounted flat screen slim 65 inch 4K TV along with 4K DVD player and some great DVD's for your enjoyment. The villa also has free high speed internet.

The villa also has a brand new very efficient LG ultra quiet air conditioning unit.

Last but certainly not least is the balcony with wonderful views of the ocean. Enjoy the view with a glass of wine on our very comfortable white wicker arm chairs.

Seaside Villas are located directly on the beach at Forest Beach and also have a pool. The villas are just a short five-minute walk to Coligny Plaza which has shops, bars and restaurants. There are also grocery stores within walking or biking distance.

Hilton Head has numerous bike and walking paths. This year Hilton Head Island earned a GOLD LEVEL Biking Community by the League of American Bicyclists! We are now one of the top 25 biking communities in the United States! Hilton Head is a spectacular biking destination with 60 miles of bike paths and 100 miles of protected public pathways. You can cycle for miles on the beach at low tide. With the rental of our villa, we provide two beach bikes free of charge for your enjoyment. We also provide two beach chairs, and Bocce to play on the beach. Hilton Head Island offers may activities and some great places to explore. Seaside villas has plenty of parking and once you park up your car you will not need to use it whilst you enjoy your stay.
We provide our own high quality linens. We do our own cleaning and do a very thorough job making sure everything is super clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this property . If you are thinking of booking do it ! They had such amazing touches that made our stay extra special. It’s so nice they allow you to use the bikes they have and was so fun to go out for a ride . The location was perfectly located close to plenty to walk to and short drive to other things.

Beautiful! Well equipped for anything a couple might need! Beach umbrella and chairs came in handy! Most comfortable bed! 2 large smart tvs (one in bedroom and one in living rom). Totally enjoyed the balcony for morning cofee and evening wine! We highly recommend this condo! And Tracey and Steve are awesome hists!

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The villa was just as described, ocean view and short walk to beach. The villa was clean decor was beautiful perfect size for a couple. The hosts Tracey and Steve left us a welcome note along with a welcome gift which was a lovely touch. Hope to be back next year.

Free bikes!

Tracey and Steve provided complimentary gifts upon arrival. Nice touch! Also, my wife and I love to ride bikes around HHI, so the free use of their bikes was a factor in selecting this villa. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Amazing!!

This amazing villa is as advertised! We just spent five days here and the best parts are: the location - walk to the beach, walk to Coligny restaurants and shops, walk to the park. The villa itself - very clean, very nice complex, easy to get to, easy to navigate. The amenities - include two beach chairs, two beach towels, two bikes, and everything you need for your stay. The hosts - very welcoming as they left us some gifts and also were available should we need something. Very nice water view from the balcony and the chairs made it the best place to start and end the day. If you're looking for an excellent place to stay in HHI then I would recommend this one!

Great stay!

We were very happy with Tracy and Steve’s villa. It was cool most days during our stay and having a southern exposure allowed us to take advantage of the afternoon sun on the balcony. Comfy outdoor furniture too!The villas are small, but perfect for two. Updated and thoughtful layout. Would be happy to stay again. Love the location of Seaside Villas. Right at the beach and close to Coligny Plaza with restaurants and shops. Piggly Wiggly for steamed shrimp.

Perfect Location! Perfect Villa!

What a beautiful villa! My husband and I stayed here for a week in January. Very well-appointed condo. The attention to detail is superb with everything we needed from comfortable bedding to kitchenware, down to paper towels, dish soap and beach chairs! Tracey and Steve have used every inch of the layout of this condo purposefully with the guest in mind. Exceptionally clean and fresh! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, just the right amount of firmness. Plenty of storage space for clothing for two people for a week. We always choose to unpack and not live out of our luggageOn site laundry on the same floor if you need it. The water pressure was excellent, both in the shower, bathroom and kitchen sink. Great, powerful exhaust fan in bathroom that keeps the humidity level down. A perfect little setup for hair and makeup just outside the bathroom which I liked very much. No competition with who gets showered first! A compact yet efficient kitchen area that was great for fixing a quick breakfast with a fresh pot of coffee before you start your day. Powerful heating/air unit so you control the level of the room temperature desired along with ceiling fans. The perfect small balcony was a great way to enjoy my morning coffee in one of two very comfortable cushioned chairs. Very nice sized refrigerator (with ice maker) ample enough for a week's worth of food, drinks and to save those leftovers from restaurant dinners. Nice microwave/convection oven combo to reheat

Anniversary Stay

Clean and well appointed/cozy 1-bedroom villa. Property conveniently located on Hilton Head Island w/ both pedestrian and bike access to the beach. Perfect villa for party of 2. Well maintained and updated and central to everything. It contained everything we needed for the week. Great Location

The condo is small but beautifully decorated and set up with everything you need to make your stay perfect. No need to bring anything but a cooler for the beach. Access to bikes or a short walk to restaurants and shopping allow for a relaxing time on this wonderful island.

Great Stay in Hilton Head!

Made our first trip to Hilton Head and were so fortunate to spend it at Tracey and Steve’s place ! They were such great and welcoming hosts. Their unit was perfect for my wife and I. Has an easy walk down to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Highly recommend staying here for your HHI vacation!
