"The room was very dirty and had bugs. We had to call administration to send someone to clean it up. First night we lost power and AC or hot water was not available. Even tho customer service on the phone was good I would never book with them again. It ruined our first time in PR."

"Don’t let the pictures fool you with this place. There is no parking unless the unit has parking. Luckily they gave us parking. There’s no in unit laundry. Construction being done entire stay. Really run down place."
