The supermarket and the restaurants on the beach in Cabarete are a 15 to 20 minute walk away. A lovely walk along the beach. We found our stay very nice and have already stayed in this complex for the second time."

"The location of this property, 100 feet from Playa Alica is just the best. The Sunsets from the balcony were also fantastic! The condo's pictures gave us a pretty good idea of the layout although, like anything else in Real Estate, the pictures made the place look bigger that what it actualy was but regardless, we had plenty of room. All the amenities required were there and Alvaro was alwasy available to tend to our needs when it came about. Highly recommend this place whether for short or long...

"Beautiful location and view. We had a first floor unit but still had an ocean view. The pool was nice and next to the ocean. We could walk the beach nearly all the way into Cabarete. Daniel, our host was a fantastic communicator and responded within 30 minutes to any question. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time here! This is our third time staying in Kite Beach. We absolutely loved Michael and Alicia's place! The condo was so clean and bright and the decor was so tastefully executed. We had everything we could've needed for our stay. The guide book provided was extremely helpful and overall, the staff were superb! We had a bit of a long wait before we could check in but I think that was due to unforseen circumstances. We will definitely be coming back to Michael and Alicia's...

"Location is very nice and quiet but still just a few blocks from downtown. As long as you don't have physical limitations. you will not need a car or taxi. Ocean view is limited so I would not go there for that. There is no elevator and lots of stairs so if you have physical limitations keep that in mind when choosing this location and room. Guards are there 24/7 and very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will return."

"Very surprised by this stunning property. Had 24/7 security and was gated. A thunderstorm knocked out our wifi and I texted the property manager about it.. she had it fixed immediately! So helpful and quick to respond. The beach was very quiet and the sunsets were incredible. 10/10"
