"Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. We had the main bedroom, and the large closet and bathroom were great. We had family staying in the other bedroom, and they did say that the other bedrooms had no storage other than hang up space in the closet. I relayed this to the very responsive property manage, and they thanked me for the suggestion. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The space was perfect for my wife and I who made a last minute trip to DC for our Anniversary. The location was very clean and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and living room, well appointed kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. Easly walkable to great restaurants and bars, and about 1 mile from the Capitol, which made for a nice walk through the beautiful neighborhood. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. We hope to be back!"

"A colleague and I stayed for a work trip. The apartment was great - very clean, plenty of privacy for two, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are spread apart. Very clean! Lots of towels and some toiletries provided. There was even coffee in our apartment. Not sure if that is provided each time or we lucked out from previous renter. "My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Carl's basement apartment for a combined work trip and vacation to DC. The space was more comfortable than a hotel room, at a lower total cost than most. Carl was very proactive about providing helpful information and checking that everything was OK. Although we didn't take advantage, a pingpong table and video arcade game added to the charm. It was within a reasonable walking distance to restaurants, groceries and a metro station."

"We had so much fun! The location of this property could not have been better. We toured the Mall, Smithsonian museums, The Capitol, saw Helicopter one land and take off from the White House and even went to a Nats baseball game. Metro station was within a couple of blocks and made it so easy to get around! The apartment was comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two couples."

"This place is conveniently near a few bus stops: D6 and X2. I used the bus and metro the entire trip. Overall place is as described and was easy to check in and drop our bags. One night it was noisy with some people fighting but I would stay again."

"We went to visit the Smithsonian Museum and the flat was just perfect to get a rest for the next day. It had free street parking with no problems and we drove to the Metro less than 2 miles and parked there for the day $4.70 a day. It was clean and our host thought of everything. We have a 12 yr old and he was happy as well. We saved so much money by being Able to cook and NOT pay $59 a day for parking at other hotels!! We lived the Metro! So easy and relaxing!"

"From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! Soap, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided There were even K cups for the Keurig which made my mornings better. WiFi was strong.
