"This is a lovely property which was ideally located for our visit to family. We were met by the proprietor when we arrived and the property was lovely and clean, however, we found the bed a bit uncomfortable as we tended to roll together in the middle."

"A beautiful cottage. Equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a homely living room. Check in and out was easy - great communication beforehand. We were also given lots of great local information and sightseeing guides. "Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

"This property is exactly true to the photos, everything was spotless and even a little welcome pack of essentials so you dont have to worry about a shop on the first night. Communication with the owner was excellent and we could not fault our stay here. We will definitely book this propery again when visiting family in the area."

"Absolutely lovely house on the river, really clean and has everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing, just fantastic to sit on the veranda and watch the boats and ducks go by! Host was great and responded to all queries quickly. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! "

"Perfect place for our one night stop over when travelling through Norfolk. Exeptionally clean, friendly hosts and well stocked kitchen. Good tv, comfy bed. For a longer stay, we might have wanted to be more central. But a perfect place to travel out from by car."
