"Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use...

"A wonderfully historic house with an equally wonderful garden, location and views. So very peaceful. Only a quick drive to Launceston for provisions. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Lots of games for the garden and indoor board games for family fun. It was hard to drag ourselves away to go enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. The owner provided a very comprehensive list."

"Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. We loved our stay ❤️ Ty paula"

"House nice, well equipped, very comfy beds, in decent proximity to places to visit by car, nice park a short walk away (uphill) and Tesco a walk away. Bath decent and shower very good. We stayed for 4 nights. Two adults, a 1 year old plus dog. Be aware - Parking! Something of a nightmare. There is not free parking easy to hand, all parking is for permit holders only and this house has not gained a permit for guests. This means your car cannot be by your property for more than two hours, then...

"We had such a great time at Bailiff's Cottage! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cornwall. Fantastic location in the countryside right next to a livestock farm which gave our stay a lovely touch. It was great preparing our meals watching grazing animals right outside the kitchen window! Clean air, noise absence and the beautiful colors of the countryside did the rest! The cottage was perfect for the 5 of us and the garden was a bonus to our border collie who loved playing there with...

"We stayed for 5 nights and were very happy with the ‘upside down’ accommodation, the very comfortable lounge being upstairs. Good size bedroom with en suite and dressing area. Comfy bed ! . Easy access to the coast."

"Beautiful Cornish cottage, photo's are true to the accommodation. Clean and furnished nicely. Beds and furniture were in good condition and were comfy, was a pleasure to come home and relax in. Needs a washing machine and dryer though. Also there was a bad smell of damp which I think was due to how much rain Cornwall has had over the last 2 months, but it didn't ruin our stay. During summer it probably wouldn't be noticable. Host was great and provided a beautiful welcome hamper."

"We wanted to stay in St Teath so this house was perfect. It's a great village with a lively pub serving good food. The house was spacious, light and airy. Lovely bedrooms which were all a decent size and the master was enormous. It is bigger than the photos show. We didn't use the garden much due to the time of year but it is a good size with lovely views. Easy parking. Highly recommended, we will visit again."

Situation in Lostwithiel in easy reach of Eden Project, beaches and gardens to explore, we had plenty to do. Glenn provided great information on the cottage and what we'd find there. "We had a lovely week in Davidstow, inny vale holiday park. It is in a perfect secluded spot with 20min drive to the stunning beaches. The house contains everything you need. Although you may need a few more kitchen utensils with you. Everything was homely and felt like you could make it yours for the week."
