"The night we arrived there was a power outage for 2 hours and 25 minutes, the staff informed it was not only at the hotel, but also at couple of buildings in the area. The electricity was reestablished but by midnight there was another outage. The next day there was not hot water in the entire hotel, me and my family had to take a freezing cold shower that night. "Loved the location and very easy walk to water transport and sightseeing. It was lovely in the evenings after crowds left to walk and enjoy the square. The building felt very historic and well done. I appreciated the no stairs to the room although the bathtub was challenging for me to maneuver.
