Palacios en Berkeley

"This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...

"Perfect long weekend house for extended family to enjoy Berkeley and College Ave. Such a great location near restaurants, shops, groceries, and cafes. The interior of the house is decorated with interesting art and is full of thoughtful details. The kitchens are AMAZING! My parents loved staying in the Airstream. A unique experience. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!"

"We were disappointed with our stay. It took the front desk over an hour to find our reservation because Expedia had apparently booked it through Vrbo. Instead of resolving the issue themselves, I had to contact Expedia and provide the reservation details. To make matters worse, the power went out around 9:00 p.m., and there was no communication from the staff about what was happening. The electricity eventually came back on, but we had no idea what went wrong and if that was going to ahppen...

"Muy amable lo único que deben ponerse de acuerdo con los descuentos y los precios de la aplicación y el hotel , para evitar mal entendidos, opte por la opción de pagar en efectivo en el hotel directamente pero no estaba disponible, la recepción o dueña del hotel hizo la excepción y acepto el pago en efectivo, enviaremos esto porque no todos los hoteles son considerados en esos pequeños detalles por falta de información más clara "
