Lots of amenities thoughtfully arranged in the room, I had everything I needed and nothing felt cluttered. Erin's communication was quick and helpful. I would happily stay here again."

"The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc."

The mattresses were comfortable. The house is convenient to shops and restaurants on Solano Avenue and the Berkeley Rose Garden. The street map provided by the owner was very helpful."
