"We are locals and this was the perfect getaway to our favorite beach in the area. Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and one of our top hikes (Matt Davis). Perfect for a family of 4. It's part of a hub of cottages and I would love to look into booking out a block of them with families/friends. Property interior is super cute and newly renovated. Can't wait to return!"

"Cute shabby chic-style casita - 5 min walk to beautiful clean beach, coffee/lunch/snack/ice cream/dinner options plus a little general store across the street. The main casita has one bedroom, 1 bath, living/dining and kitchen. Back casita has just bed/bath. They are connected via 2 lush & lovely courtyards: one with the grill and the other with firepit, chairs and picnic table dining. Landscaping is very zen and we could hear the ocean at night. "It was a pleasure to stay here, thanks Swami! The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits!"

We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future. "As you drive up to this Sausalito cottage, it welcomes you in with its gable gate and beautiful flowers. Upon entering, the first thing you want to do is walk across the living room to the sliding door, which leads out onto the spacious deck with gorgeous views of the harbor and boats. My husband and I spent a great deal of time on that deck with either coffee in the morning or wine, cheese, and crackers in the late afternoon. "I loved my stay at this comfortable, quiet, private cottage. It was a perfect location close to stores, restaurants and the sights I wanted to see. There were even two deer who hung out under the trees outside the carport. I appreciated the kitchen which was equipped with everything I needed. Once I needed to contact the host about something and she responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again."

"My partner and I had a pleasant stay in the cottage which was private, clean, bright and comfortable, though dated and as we were told, will eventually be renovated. For our stay it was very functional. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and a dishwasher. There is a small laundry room in the cottage with full-sized washer and dryer, great for stays over a few days. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and lovely views out to the trees. The bathroom was small with a tiny shower...

"This property met our needs. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dog and everything we needed to do was conveniently located. It was a quick weekend so we didn’t have a lot of time to just hang out in the cottage. Our overall impression with it was kind of cute and funky, but could have been a little cleaner."
