"Small town, felt like a comfortable home. The floors, doorways and stairs have the old time historical appeal. Beautiful deck and other amenities were perfect for our needs. "Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead"

"Beautiful house with plenty of space for a family of any size to relax and spend time with each other. One of the safest areas to of Philly to stay with nice neighbors all around. The host communicates very which gives me a piece of mind when getting all the booking details. Parking is competitive I suggest to come early."

"The property was nice. It was very roomy and accommodated our 3 adult couples well. It would have been more convenient if there was a half bath on the main floor. Other than that, it suited our needs well, while we visited the historic district which was only a short ride away. "

"We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10"

Instead of booking a hotel I decided to search for a nice apartment or house that could accommodate 3 teenagers 2 adults and a small dog. "Javann was great & very responsive. He responded to all my messages promptly & when I couldn't figure out the lock box he drove over to help me (it was user error on my part). The neighborhood is older, but the neighbors I interacted with were friendly. Inside of the house was very clean & exceeded my expectation.
