"Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it...

"A little noise from the restaurant on street level, but great location on South Street if you're going to spend time here or in the surrounding neighborhood. I was taken back by the fact that they questioned me as to why I was renting the room, like I was going to have a party. I'm almost 50, not in my 20's. Otherwise I would probably stay again, and at just over $100 a night. It was a good deal."
