PETS:
Please note that pets are not allowed in the unit. If a pet is found on the premises or evidence of a pet`s stay is discovered, the reservation will be immediately cancelled, eviction will be enforced, and a $500 penalty will be charged


QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.


OTHER HOUSE RULES:
XX No more than 4 guests are allowed in the home at any time
XX No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
XX No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
XX No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
XX No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
XX Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay

XX Any other house rule violations (excluding parties) will result in a $500 fine per incident

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION:
All guests are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and complete our secure identity-verification process through Enso Connect before check-in. This requirement supports the safety, security, and compliance of our property. Guests who do not complete the verification process will not receive check-in instructions, and we reserve the right to cancel their reservation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.

A $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver or a $250 refundable Safety Deposit is required for all reservations and must be completed through Enso Connect.
