(4) 55inch HD/4k smart flat screen TV's provided (one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in each room) in case privacy is warranted. Sound bar provided in the living room. High speed fiber optic internet provided (Verizon Fios). Pots, pans, glasses, utensils, Air-fryer, Alexa, coffee maker and coffee provided, water steamer for tea/ramen, microwave, water filter for drinking, ice machine, outdoor deck, grill and seating provided. Dining room table can sit 8 people. Adequate seating available (stools can be moved around the house). The living room couch could be used as a bed. Front porch seating available for beautiful and rainy days. Coffee shop, pub, gym and many stores in walking distance. Near water for fishing. Vibrant area. Events day and night. Very clean & nice location! Sesame Street place only about 10 min drive. The beds were not queen size, they were a full at best...this would be my only gripe. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Would stay here again!

Perfect location for Sesame Place

We were looking for a place near Sesame Place where we could have our own space at the end of a long day at the park, without having to share a hotel room with our toddler. This spot was perfect—just a short 10-minute drive to the park. The location was great: close to plenty of restaurants and, as others have mentioned, just a quick 3-minute walk to a charming little coffee shop down the street. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.We were comfortable here for our two night stay and would recommend it to any family looking for something similar.

Perfect for our family

This was a lovely home away from home. Clean, well-furnished and stocked, clear instructions, family-friendly, and a short distance from Sesame Place, supermarkets and restaurants for our family. It was well worth the cost compared to a hotel stay and we would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

We Stayed For 4 Nights & It Was Great ! Super Clean , Nice Neighborhood . We Explored Several Things & Had So Many New Experiences . Definitely Recommend !! Suggestion : Have Baby Gate For Stairs & Some Plastic Eating Utensils / Plates / Cups For Kids & Toddlers !

I needed to fly my family in for a funeral and it was sudden and last minute. Jerry was very accomodating on such short notice. The space was perfect for 6 adults who needed a quiet place to hang their hats and spend time together. Excellent space and excellent host! Thank you, Jerry!

if your staying here for a day or a week, this is it!! everything was perfect to a tee from the location to cleaniness. Excellent Spot

My family stayed here with our 2-year-old and pup and had a great time. It was a great home base while we took local day trips - one day to NJ to see friends, another day of sightseeing in Philly, and another at Sesame Place. The home was clean, secure, easy to get into and Jerry was super responsive and helpful. We loved the back deck and proximity to the awesome coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again, and you should too xx

Peaceful Family Getaway

We only stayed for one night but would certainly return again! Jerry was very friendly and responsive. The home was attractive, clean, and had everything that we needed for our short visit. Great stay in Hulmeville

From the time we arrived, we felt at home. Check in was a breeze, amenities were nice and we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Our dogs were welcomed and felt comfortable too. Be prepared to leash walk as the backyard is open. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. Easy access to the major highways and good food. Take the opportunity to walk down to the Hulmeville Inn, you won’t be disappointed. Communication was great throughout the stay. We will definitely be back!

Great Girls' Night

This property was clean and well appointed and worked well for four adults. All the basics and more available. Can park two vehicles in back if need be and they both aren't huge SUVs. Very attentive manager.

A home away from home

Everything about my stay was amazing. The home is super cozy. I have never been away from home, and felt so at home. The house was super clean. From the time I walked through the door, I could smell that the house was clean. This house has everything that you need and more! I was working during my stay and I was able to plug directly into the WiFi for a secure connection. This place is a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend!

A little Gem near Bensalem

Wonderful Experience

I booked this property for myself and two classmates to attend a nearby university. The location is great! The casino is nearby and both New Jersey and Philly are within 20 minute drives. There is an abundance of street parking, as well as a spot in the rear of the house. The house was clean and Mr. Gregg supplied some toiletries too. When we encountered a problem, he was diligent and efficient with his communication. He had the problem solved within a few hours. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and beautiful old home

We enjoyed the home and area. The rooms were simple and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and cabinets. We loved the town of Hulmeville and enjoyed taking our well behaved dog for a walk in the park across the street. Our host was very responsive.

Brief getaway

Family cane into town for the holidays and we really dont have much room so we went rented a home. Everything was great about the house the only thing i got nervous about was a crack in the bathroom ceiling so I sent a picture and Im sure they will take care of it. I didnt really notice until the end that there were no instructions for check out. We took the trash out and cleaned up but our family guests had an early flight and they didnt touch base with us until late the night before. Hopefully all was ok.
