I also appreciated that the host was quick to give us our access information.Our only issue was that there was another rental next to us and they were so loud from 10:00-12:30 AM that we couldn’t sleep. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). "The property was exactly what we needed, we were going to a 76ers game and it was a short 10-12min drive. The house is very up to date and modern! Truly a lovely space! Parking is a little tight but we found parking right around the corner and our car was fine there the entire weekend "

The host was very responsive and let me book within 2 hours since VRBO was also covering some over the cost (last minute cancellation). I did contact the host before 7am.
