Modern and charming apartment located on the second floor of the historic Palazzo Lorla in the central area of the village of Bellano. The recently renovated accommodation opens onto a living room furnished with a large peninsula sofa, television, dining table and American kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave.The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two singles that, upon request, can be joined and converted into a queen-size bed.Completing the layout of the apartment is a bathroom with shower stall and bidet. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection and heating.*Guests will have access to a private, covered garage within the building.*Taxis or public transportation for local short transportation are not available in the area where the accommodation is located. It is therefore recommended to reach the destination by car.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Ganz tolle Feriewohnung , ein Katzensprung zum See

Alles in Allem eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Wie beschrieben in optimaler Lage mitten in Bellano. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit Note 1. Nachts sehr ruhig.Der Online-Check-in über Wonderfulitaly ist sehr aufwendig und kompliziert. Die ganze Kommunikation nur auf englisch. Den Code für den kleinen Safe am Eingang mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel erhält man erst am Anreisetag, genau zu der Stunde, ab dem man die Wohnung beziehen darf. Es wird über email und whatsapp Kontakt aufgenommen. Die allgemeinen Informationenfür die Wohnung sollten in der Wohnung hinterlegt werden.I(z.B. Müllbeseitigung, welcher Stellplatz in der Garage darf belegt werden....) Das wäre hilfreich. Da alles kontaktlos abläuft muss man darauf vertrauen, dass im Hintergrund von Wonderfulitaly die Arbeit richtig erledigt wird.Bei uns hat das gut geklappt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok.
