You can't watch TV or work if your kid is sleeping in another "section". The sheets in 1 room - too small for a bed, pillows are more like "child" size. The "bedrom" is advertised as "queen" size -it's actually more like twin or full size (only my 2 small children can fit there, but not two adults). The frying pen wasn't compatible w the stove -...

"Very difficult to find, by car or by walking. Nobody was there to tell us how to get in. Door locked. The code unknown. We had to ask someone on the street to call the owner for us. This person acted as a .translater because the owner’s English was poor, and I don’t speak polish. Once in the building, we located the key in a mail box so small, that I could hardly put my hand inside. Over priced, considering what we paid elsewhere in Poland for a 3 stars address. "I booked the place for a short week work stay and chose the location for practical reasons. Nice flat with all necessities, but a bit disturbing to have the fridge humming on and off through the night and the neighbour chatting all evening and night sitting on the balcony next to mine. My arrival was close to chaotic due to a mistake in the information mail I received prior to my stay. It took two mails, two calls nd almost 30 minutes to get me to the right room with all necessary codes and...

"This was a terrible experience. The apartment servicing company did not provide timely information on how to access the apartment. In addition, without my permission, they changed the address of the reservation in their e-mail. I suspect that was the root of the problem. Rather than waiting on the street for the digital access codes, I chose to go to a hotel. This was a very costly experience. I am fighting for a refund and getting nowhere but will notify authorities about these questionable...

"The forks were literally dirty, there were no basic things in the apartment, if I knew I would book a hotel! Cleaning level below acceptable, not much recommended "
