"Beautiful location… the house was old vibe,old San Juan, beachy, relaxing and overall great! We watched the sunrise and sunset. We were close to bars and restaurants. I have been to the area before and as always the food is amazing! Rompeolas restaurant serves the best monfongo with any combination you choose! I can go on! Overall I loved the experience and the owner was amazing! I locked myself out and they came within 45 min to unlock the door for me! Thank you! "

"Very spacious & comfortable. Clean rustic/industrial feel. Nice use of tech in kitchen and for AC. Friendly & helpful staff and we were lucky to be greeted by the owner. Convenient to beaches. We were able to spend time at Jobo’s beach calling out to Jacinto at the blow hole. And also catch the sunset at Crash Boat beach. Very nice dinner at Monsoon Restaurant & Lounge. Easy to find and a great place to spend a night before continuing on the road trip to San Juan."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay!"

We found so many fun things to do in the area, but it was also hard to leave the house because we enjoyed the beach and relaxing there. "The house was located close to all the places we wanted to and activities we planned. Pool was excellent to have at the end of the day. The view from front balcony was beautiful. The only downfall was upstairs access and was not aware of this when we booked do it was quite an ordeal getting our luggage up the stairs. But all in all knowing this now I would book again but just pack a bit lighter. "

"Tony was wonderful. Very attentive and knowledgable. He was a great guide as well. The location was close to everything . Walkable to a few locations. Close to the beaches and he referred us to wonderful beaches that weren’t so congested with tourists. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed and if we needed anything else Tony would accommodate. There’s extra things in rooms to play and hang out as well as nice seats and tables to hang outside "
