"The house was great, the view was unbeatable. It was a great little place with everything that you could need there. Would recommend and would definitely recommend watching the sunrise at this spot! Unmatched! The host was so friendly and helpful, answered questions very quickly. "

"Gillian's apartment was the perfect base for us exploring Cork County, the beautiful Copper Coast and the magnificent Rock of Cashel. Parking is ample and safe, and the apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to make meals (we made our breakfast everyday before hitting the road, and a.couple of dinners too). Thank you Gillian for hosting us. We would definitely return when visiting Cork...

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The house is big and accommodating, everything you could need is there. It's in a nice area surrounded by nature and incredibly quiet... Apart from a background noise from the stream that runs close by. The area looks good for fishing as there is a lot of rivers / streams and private fisheries nearby. The hosts were great and made a point of coming to talk to me when id arrived. I do plan on booking again. Highly recommend."

"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "We were very disappointed with the accommodation.it was very basic with rust and mildew around the shower and on the soap tray in the shower. Kitchen was basic and it seemed most things like the kettle were old and needed replacing. Beds quite uncomfortable and bedding well used. "If you want peace and quiet, off the beaten path, away from tourists, Mrs. Delaney‘s loft is the place for you! We really enjoyed our stay. There was one hiccup with another gentleman booked for the same room, but they were quick to rectify the situation, and all parties were taken care of. We will be back!"
