"My only criticism is that the power for the rental was turned off at the circuit breaker. It should be turned on prior to the guests arrival. I originally thought nothing was working until I noticed the refrigerator was. At the circuit breaker, the refrigerator power was tapped off to stay on and all other tabs were off. If I had arrived at night, that would have been very difficult to determine in the dark. "

"The apartment was very well kept and clean. There were utensils and other kitchen items that came in handy for making breakfast for the family. The location was perfect as it was not far from all the beach activities. There was a security person 24 hours a day which helped with the safety aspect. There is street parking but it is literally in front of the building and security sits outside most of the time so everything felt safe. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. "

"Everything was perfect. Both the host and the owner were easy to contact and were very helpful since before we arrived. The host was very kind through the process and gave us lots of useful information about the area. She also gave us great suggestions for places to eat. The staff in the lobby were always very courteous and helpful. Overall, the experience was better than we expected. We would definitely choose their apartment again. P.S. Make sure you visit Panaderia Ramirez, at walking...

"This is been one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless, big, had everything we needed, beautiful view, great amenities and friendly management. The area is great for families, Chipipe has a more calm vibe. Having a folder with info and instructions was very helpful. I really can't think of anything bad about this place, if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed! Worth every penny."

"Highly recommend staying at this unit. Nicely located on the main ocean front drive, but still off the “Main” area from all the noises. The property has wonderful ocean views, great communication from the owners and all that you need to enjoy a vacation. All essentials are at the unit, plenty of room, AC, internet, tv, and most important the awesome ocean! Great fishing as well in Salinas for those that like it."

"This listing was a fraud. Owner stated they never rented out the place despite the listing having their name and number. I believe she was trying to get more money. I would not recommend this place and would stay clear because you will be stranded like me and my family were. Horrible Vrbo owner"
