"Hotel con mucho encanto en el centro de Kingston. Cerca de las estaciones de tren. Habitaciones limpias, muy bien decoradas, con camas cómodas y un gran baño. Cuidan mucho los detalles (cafetera, acondicionador, plancha, etc). Personal amable, y desayuno muy rico y a la carta"

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

The hotel is within walking distance of the underground (central line), which makes it convenient to get to central London. This hotel is very good value for money. "We arrived on Sunday and they seemed a bit surprised we arrived earlier then the check in time and it wasn’t opened. But they let us leave our luggage and our stay at the hotel was great. My boyfriend said he never stayed in a room as big in London. The bed, towel were great, good breakfast included. I would definitely recommend the hotel. "
