"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. However, as for the apartment, I feel like it has potential but it was lacking quite a bit. The place is pretty rundown and everything was dirty, including the walls. "Automated AI system to get in. It worked however if your phone dies you have no way to got in. Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where. Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down. Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space."
