The villa has 2 large bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people.

BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and views of the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds, built in wardrobes, a TV and Blu-ray player with a balcony view of the sea.

LOUNGE AREA
The lounge is spacious and stylish, with two sofas, a large flat screen TV with access to all UK Sky channels as well as WiFi.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. As well the usual facilities of crockery, glasses, pans and cutlery.
The bathroom has bath and shower facilities.

EXTERNAL FACILITIES
Upstairs you'll find a large roof terrace looking over the harbour of Caleta de Fuste, a great suntrap and perfect for watching the sun go down. Downstairs at the front of the house is the pool and garden which gets the sun all day. Relax by the pool on one of the loungers or have a drink on the veranda at the front of the house.

LOCATION
The villa is a 10 minute walk from the town centre of Caleta and is located within 100 yards of the Monte Castillo complex where there are many bars and restaurants to sample. The villa is less than a 10 min walk to Atlantico shopping centre where you'll find a bowling alley, cinema, numerous shops as well as restaurants and bars. There are two beaches within 10minutes walk of the property.

GOLF
Caleta has two golf courses for the golf lovers. Fuerteventura Golf Club has hosted the European Tournament and Golf Club Salinas de Antigua recently hosted a Challenge Tour event.

Great time n location

We had a great stay app as expected short walk to fueste centre but also amenities just across from app bars restaurants supermarket so everything on door step would deffinatly recomend

Great stay

Lovely property in a good location. Property exactly as advertised. Great to have Alan in the apartment below who is on hand for any issues. Will definitely return. Being really picky but would have liked a full length mirror and also the steps out of the pool are slippy when wet so extra care needed.

Lovely stay at Casa Eden

We had a lovely stay at the 2 bed apartment. Private pool and roof terrace were a real bonus. 15 minute walk into Caleta de Fuste. Apartment was very modern. Had a great time here and would recommmed.

Absolutely loved everything

Everything about our stay was perfect. It felt like a home away from home, our host was super helpful and friendly. Alan was so helpful and kind. Everything you needed is there, there is shops and restaurants about a 2 minute walk. We will 100% be returning and will probably come every year.

Ideal home from home

A lovely clean spacious property that provided a superb base to enjoy the resort. About 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport so easy to get to and from. Two good size bedrooms (1 double 1 twin), good bathroom with powerful shower, comfortable sitting area with joined kitchen, loads of TV channels (Alan who lives downstairs will run you through how to work the channels, PS he's a great lad and always willing to give recommendations, ideal if you haven't been to this resort before). Washing machine, iron and ironing board available. Nice roof area with great views, nice pool to cool off in, outside table and chairs in the sun plus 2 more with a coffee table in the shade. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants literally a minute away (Montecastillo centre) with the main town / beach etc a pleasant 10 minute walk away, the market is about half way between so handy when its on. Overall a very nice modern accommodation, good communication from Anji (owner) and Alan, in our opinion a good value well appointed place to stay

My opinion

It was excellent apart from, nowhere to sit inside for meals(a breakfast bar would av been adequate) &it is definitely more than 10 minutes to beach. More like 20,& not for anyone who has difficulty walking up hills as it is all the way back.

Exactly as portraid on web site no complaints , local amenities outside property and town fado rock 10 min walk stayed seven days weather excellent for January, Alan who lives next door has any other information you require.

Practical apartment

Property was as described however some of the listings were not 100% accurate. The property has clearly undergone a refurb and looks the part but the beds and sofa were not comfortable and the pool was freezing. Although the property is all on one level it did have steps leading to the main entrance and could become slippy when wet. In laws stayed in this property and said they wouldn't return due to lack of sleep but otherwise is a god location and a reasonable size.

Comfortable stay in a good location

Easy booking from start to finish, good communication. Check in was perfect, due to our flight being delayed 2 hours and our arrival at the house being 11.30pm the key security box was great for us. On arrival we found the house clean and well appointed. The house was ideal for us, lovely little pool to cool off in after a day exploring the island. The house is in a great location, less than 10 minutes into the main town, downhill on the way and the hill back up isn't too deadly, we're both heading towards 60 and managed the walk perfectly fine, never used a taxi once. The Montecastillo commercial centre is a minutes walk away with a well stocked Hyperdino mini market, a handful of bars and restaurants that were handy to have nearby, had a lovely curry at Bollywood Spice and a nice meal on our last night at View Bar (cocktails were very good there). The house was modern and the pictures were a good representation of what you get. We would definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone, thanks to Alan next door for advice and pool maintenance.

67 years old second day had really bad fall from very dangerous pool that had hand rails only on one side and was very very slack and unsafe as that is how i had my fall i have 2 false hips aswell (so you can guess the rest) i paid especially for a pool and was only in once which i wish i had never gone in

Accueil parfait

Le Monsieur qui nous a accueilli était adorable, disponible et à l’écoute. Le voisinage est convivial. En revanche quelques déceptions concernant la location. - Impossible de dormir car pas de volets dans l’une des deux chambres 😩. Je suggère de mettre en place des doubles rideaux opaques - Pas de cafetière (un cauchemar pour les Français) 😵‍💫 - Impossible de profiter des 2 terrasses car pas de parasols 😤 A mon sens ces remarques sont fondées. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Dommage !

Everything you need and very clean

Enjoyed our stay here we lacked for nothing everything you may need is in walking distance we did find the beds and sofas quite hard but I guess that’s a personal choice if that suits you. Overall enjoyed the stay

Simple booking process, excellent and attentive communication with the owner, exactly as described, clean and tidy with all that you need when on holiday, comfy property, great private pool, close to a supermarket, good couple of restaurants nearby with a pleasant 10 min walk to the town centre and beach. Property on a nice street just far enough from the centre to be able to chill out.

Villa with private pool

Very relaxing 2 bed villa with private pool and terrace plus roof terrace. Well equipped with new kitchen and bathroom. Short walk to local bars/restaurants and local shop, town approx 10 min walk. Communication with Anji is very good.

Amazing villa

My eldest daughter and I stayed for a week and this villa was perfect. Anj the owner was so helpful and on hand when we locked ourselves out within 10 mins of arriving 🙈. A big thank you to Alan next door too for always being there to help. The villa was clean, well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable week away. The pool was a welcome bonus on a hot day and the upstairs roof terrace was perfect with amazing views. We had a fantastic holiday and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended.
