The lower ground floor consists of three bedrooms: one with a double bed (135 cm, 190 cm length), a bathroom with a bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another room has a double bed (160 cm, 190 cm length), and the third room has two beds (90 cm, 190 cm length). There is also a shower/WC on this level.
