A contemporary apartment, in the heart of the charming resort of Alassio, which is just 200 metres from the beach. On the first floor (with lift), this light-filled apartment sleeps 5 people and makes an ideal base for a relaxed break in this popular holiday town.

The front door opens into the spacious kitchen/dining area. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a gas cooker hob, oven, fridge, freezer and Mokka coffee machine. There is a dining table and chairs and large glass doors lead out to a private balcony. The adjoining sitting room is furnished with a stylish sofa and armchair as well as a flat-screen TV. Another glass door opens onto the balcony.

The shaded, private balcony has a table and chairs where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or aperitif al fresco.

Sleeping
Bedroom: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an extensive wardrobe and an en suite bathroom. Glass doors open directly onto the balcony.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. The armchair also converts to a comfortable single bed.

Location
If you can tear yourself away from Alassio’s beautiful beaches, the town has a lot to offer. The Budello (5 minute\'s walk) is a charming pedestrian street, full of interesting shops and cafés for you to explore. The gardens of the Villa della Pergola are worth a visit, as is the Muretto di Alassio which is tiled with the signatures of many famous visitors, including Ernest Hemingway and Jean Cocteau.

On the water, there are options for boat trips to Gallinara Island which includes snorkelling, diving and even whale watching. Back on dry land, guests can enjoy the tennis courts just a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

For self-catering the weekly market (Saturday) is a treasure trove of local produce, which you can then enjoy back at home. Otherwise, there are many smaller shops and supermarkets within easy reach.

The closest airport is Genoa airport, a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from the apartment.
