The space is huge, with two large bedrooms, baths, dining area, two living spaces, and the best part: the rooftop terrace, which is an impressive place to hang out in the morning or with a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is well set up in case you want to cook. The location is close to several bars, shops, restaurants, mini-grocery, and the Belvedere Hotel, which serves food & beverage throughout the day....

"Prima Lage, sehr sauber, sehr groß, Kommunikation war großartig - wir haben zwar niemanden gesehen, aber auf alle Fragen per Mail oder WhatsApp habe ich sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Wir sind begeistert!"

"La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire…...

"Gentilezza e Comunicazione con host perfetta, ottima la Pulizia. Ottima la fornitura di biancheria da letto e bagno. Posizione centralissima. Unica pecca il terzo piano senza ascensore, ma assolutamente fattibile anche con le valigie "

"Der Check-in war unproblematisch. Einfach und sehr angenehm. Unser Vermieter Renzo nahm uns persönlich in Empfang und hat auch im Vorfeld schon mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen.Küchenausstattung war gut und eigentlich alles vorhanden. Sehr schön war auch, dass wir am Abend draussen auf der Terrasse das Abendessen einnehmen konnten.Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Danke Renzo"
