"Great location, friendly staff and breakfast buffet was excellent"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sanasaryan Han. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you want to explore Istanbul’s historic Sultanahmet area and be close to many of the city’s most iconic attractions. What stood out most, however, was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. They were always attentive and willing to help, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. A beautiful and very convenient place...

"The hotel was old and the rooms were dirty. The staff was kind and helpful but there wasn’t much they could do with the condition of the hotel. I am very disappointed that Expedia has this hotel on their site. It ruined my entire trip. False information given to me."

"Not really well maintained A/C, toilet , hot water supply at wash room. At the this class hotel, Nestle coffee machine must be available, however, surprisingly not here."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were very spacious and clean"

"Amazing!"

"Hotel was on point for cleanliness, decor and comfortable room and bed. Only concern was the shower as it was draining very slowly creating a soapy pool. Unpleasant feeling along with a worry it would spill over. Could be specific to the room but hotel should check them all. Selected this one for airport shuttle convenience as it is located right outside. Would stay again."
