"Very nice room and bathroom. The check-in was smooth and the staff was kind and helpful. The location is perfect because it is around 500 meters from Taksim Square on Istiklal Street. The Istiklal Street Tram has a stop right outside the hotel (Aga Camii). The hotel is 2 blocks from the main road where you can find buses to pretty much anywhere including Karakoy and Eminonu. "Very clean property with helpful and courteous staff. The property is relatively new, well built and maintained. The only issue to mention is the parking garage. Security staff is never at the gate, so every time you want to enter parking, you need to stop at the gate, go find security person, and ask them to open the gate, which is obviously inconvenient. Overall, very happy with my stay and will certainly stay again if I come back to Istanbul."

"Otroligt bra första bemötande. Personalen var professionell, trevlig och hjälpsam från första stund. De var dessutom tillgängliga dygnet runt och svarade snabbt på frågor, vilket skapade en trygg och smidig vistelse. Läget är en stor fördel.
