"The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool area is beautiful and the spa was relaxing. The hotel is located within walking distance to Hilltown mall. Very convenient if you like to shop and try new restaurants!"

"We found the hotel to be luxurious and very clean. However the big downfall for us was the very busy, noisy traffic on the road at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...

"The staff were very kind and helpful. Reception and bell boy helped me a lot due to changes in my room. House keeping was extremely nice and helped me in an emergency. Would definitely be back here."

"Room with terrace and sea view good value but small. Location of hotel not great for visiting main tourist spots."

"This place is a 10! Love the location! Located in Bakirkoy, Istanbul. Great location to be in area with the locals love love love it. Nice room! Helpful Staff! great breakfast. Can't ask for anything more!!! it is about 45 minutes from Istanbul airport and about 30 minutes from the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. There are tons of stores, restuants in this area and two big mall right next to it. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED."

"Very poor customer service"
