"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has an excellent location on a quiet street, while still being close to many of Paris’s main attractions, cafés, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the historic building had plenty of charm. Staying there really gave me the feeling of living in old Paris rather than simply visiting."

"The hotel and location was great. Hugo made us feel right at home! AC was so appreciated during the heat wave. One suggestion is to offer more towels and toilet paper. A family of four went through these relatively quickly during the stay and kept requesting these items. All in all everything was fantastic!!"

I appreciate the hotel has a set booking policy and my reservation was non refundable however I unexpectedly fell ill and asked if they could refund or instead move my dates of stay. The refused to accommodate any changes to my booking which was extremely disappointing when other hotels with the same booking policy have been really helpful in the past. Disappointing experience."

"This is a delightful hotel with elegant furnishings and the most wonderful staff. It is centrally located on the Left Bank in Saint Germain des Pre near the oldest church in Paris, wonderful restaurants, historic cafes, metro stops, and interesting shops. I was very happy with my stay here. I would only caution that there are a few steps at the entrance and on the floors between elevator and room so not the best choice if one needs a flat walking surface throughout."
