"清掃をしてくれなかった。 おしゃれだけど、棚や収納が少なく使い勝手が悪かった。"

"The room was fantastic with lots of storage and a great bathroom/ shower area. The staff were helpful. The only thing lacking was a comfortable place to eat (the dining area was quite sparse and felt almost clinical) and a gym."

"Great location . Loved the traditional decor of the suite . Complained about the lack of hot water one morning in the bathroom"

"Very clean and comfortable rooms, amazing staff. Great location. Walkable to the river and handy opera metro station nearby. Was a treat to be able to take a drink up to the rooftop bar (which was closed every night while we were there) and enjoy the view and twinkling tower. Main bar and restaurant good - lighting a bit bright but food ok and generous portions. Big downside for us was the unbearable street noise - from nearby bars into the early hours. Double glazing not effective. Hardly slept...

"Make sure that the hotel is the center of your planned activities. Long walks are a good feature of visiting Paris, but they can be managed."

"Truly exceptional experience. Valet box omg the best there is. Laundry come back within 6hrs. Speechlessly great"

"We had a good time at the hotel. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Walking distance to majority of the attractions."
