"All in all it was great. Not ideal was that the mattress was pretty worn out, something I def. would not expect from a 4* star hotel. Als were the bed sheets replaced even though we did not put the card on the bed where it says we will decide...only if we put the card on the bed the sheets will be replaced. Seems like green washing if not sticking to their sustainability rules... The buffet is good - lots of choices (great bread at breakfast) and there is always something else available...

The staff are fabulous also, incredibly kind and attentive, a special shout out to Angela and Nacho, who were lovely and funny and so helpful. The place is beautiful and so clean and fresh, the rooms were also cleaned daily, a pristine job every time. Perfect balcony. Everything around was so accessible and easy to reach, and taxis are very reasonable. The service is just fantastic and the mood was so...
