"This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms need renovation, our window was really falling apart. When we complaind about it the said that a room switch was not possible. The technical service just screwed it back on place , 2 days later the screw came loose and the window was again out of place. This room should just not be rented to guests. Woke up the next morning with bird sounds, sound good eh, except that the birds are flying around in the hotel lobby…. Breakfast quality was average, low quality...

The shower/tub could have used an upgrade but that’s minimal. The location is perfect, we could walk to restaurants and the shopping was only 15-20 min away.
