The woman who checked us in (I am sorry I don’t remember her name) provided lots of useful information and helped us to plan a perfect day in the mountains. "Where do I start?! I’m so happy I went with Plateau-Rosa for my birthday trip! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, relaxing, and with a great view of the Matterhorn. I was warmly greeted by Pierre at the front desk and shown to my room, which was tidy, bright, and had a large balcony. "Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. "The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! They really took care of us. And even though we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant (and they were full), they gave us a glass of wine while we waited and got us in quickly. And it was fantastic! Great hotel in Zermatt!"
