"予約からチェックアウトまで大変丁寧にご対応いただきました。チェックインの際に、予約の確認が取れないお客様がおり、その影響で他のお客様のチェックインも遅れているかな？というシーンがありました。フードプレゼンテーショーンで提供されるアルコールは大変美味しいものが揃っており、大満足でした。また、誕生日に合わせて素敵なプレゼントもご用意いただき、大変うれしく思いました。朝食は新。最強の朝食をチョイスし、本当にあれもこれも美味しくいただき大満足でした。ローズガーデンもオープンしている時期で、2つの庭園を散策し、館内もゆっくり歩いて楽しみました。スタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしく、また必ず訪れたいと思いました。ありがとうございます。"

"The hotel itself was super cute loved how you could choose what color theme you stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were 3 of us staying here and we had a bunkbed room which was awesome it was super roomey and didnt feel cramped. The cafe was cute and had a decent amount of options. A lot if different transit lines are close and most popular places are only about a 20 min ride away. The area in itself has a lot close by good dinning options for all times of day"
