"Location was great; within 5 mins walk to 2 metro stations (1 of which is just 1 stop from Kyoto Station), convenience store (7-Eleven) and 2 local mini-markets. Room we booked was spacious and clean, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Used the luggage forwarding service recommended by hotel to send our luggage onwards to Osaka, and it was simple to use."
