"Beside the leaking ceiling, the room was nice. I was upgraded and also the staffs were extremely kind and thoughtful. Gave me a welcome gift while during the stay and it was nice to see child hood snacks at the front. Decoration and the atmosphere were very nice. Over all lived my stay and would come back 20/10."

"Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at MONday Apartment Hotel. There was plenty of space for the three of us and all our luggage (three large suitcases and three smaller bags). Beds were luxury firm and supportive. I especially appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare simple breakfasts for the family each morning. "Best hotel I’ve stayed in my trip to Japan so far. The rooms remind me of a rykoen but more modern upscale hotel vibes. The amenities were amazing, it included unlimited water, beer, sake and wine. The room and view from our room was breathtaking. Definitely stay here if you’re in Kyoto"

"We had a wonderful stay in Kyoto! The accommodation was great, and everything was well organized. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He provided us with lots of useful information and detailed instructions, making everything easy and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto and would happily stay here again!"

"The Thousand is a very modern hotel, located 5 minutes from the train station (big advantage). The rooms were big, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was rich and covered both Western and Eastern tastes. Overall, highly recommend this hotel"

"Great staff, quiet neighborhood and property"

"Microwave & water station came in handy right infront of elevator B1."

"The staff was over the top kind and thoughtful. The hotel is elegant and luxurious. The cute ladies who came and did our bedtime Japanese massage were precious and I can still remember their laughter at my husband sleeping through his. One huge positive is you never have to drag your luggage out of the terminal. You walk right into the hotel entrance after debairding your shinkansen. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!"
