"What a joy to spend 3 nights in a hotel where all the staff were friendly and welcoming and understood the importance of high grade service. The bedroom was bright and spacious with a wonderful bath and shower room. Little touches like a Dyson hairdryer and quality teas anf coffee in abundance made a difference The public rooms were creatively decorated and the bar area welcoming and comfortable. The food was top class and at a competitive price, served in a dining room with wonderful views...

"Check-in was smooth and the front desk clerk(male) was really friendly and efficient. He gave us a room on the 5th floor which was the top floor and he upgraded our room from a Double to a King. The room was clean, spacious. The bathroom was excellent with everything we needed. The power/temperature of the shower was amazing. We got a pretty deal at £64 for a Sunday stay. "
