"Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking permit. Close to Fossgate where there are lots of bars , cafes and restaurants it really is an ideal location. Very clean and comfortable house that had everything we needed"

"This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. It is very quaint and cosy. The setting is very peaceful - lots of birds singing and rabbits in the field. There is a busy road next to the cottage but that didn’t detract from the feeling of tranquility. The hot tub is fabulous. It’s a great base to explore the local area. It’s so easy to get a bus into Pocklington which is a lovely market town with good shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back in...

"Sue was lovely. The hut was cute and cosy. Sue had left us milk tea coffee sugar wine biccys and she other essentials. It was a very sweet touch.The hot tub was amazing. The location is beautiful tranquil and definitely worth a visit. Value for money and then some. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for our fab break Sue. 😘"
