    The contemporary kitchen area features sleek quartz worktops, LED strip lighting, and tiled flooring, while the rest of the apartment has been thoughtfully decorated to create a relaxing and comfortable space. A cosy dining area includes a bistro table with seating for two, and the flexible living space offers a wall-mounted double bed that can easily be folded away to maximise room for lounging and unwinding.
    The modern shower room is fully tiled and boasts a luxurious walk-in wet room style shower.
    Located just a 5-minute walk from York city centre, the apartment also benefits from an allocated on-site parking space for one car, a rare convenience in such a central location.

Excellent apartment, in a great location

Excellent modern apartment short 5 minute walk from town centre of York. Dedicated secure car parking for duration of stay. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment in a good location

We really enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Suites. The appointment was clean and well located with good parking close by. We can't comment on the value for money as the break was a birthday present.

The apartment is ideally situated to walk into the town. Very clean and tidy. Very quite. Very secure. Would definitely use again.

Great location!

Modern compact suite with useful facilities such as combination washing machine/dryer; oven/microwave, four plate hob burner. Good security system within flat and the allocated parking area. Overall the accommodation was clean and well presented. More attention from cleaning firm would rectify areas not up to standard such as:- dusty utensils on worktop, dusty fire protection equipment, used tissues under bed, bed cabinet dusty in bottom of recess area where bed folds up, (long pillow fell in there and it was covered in thick dust). Condensation and mould build up on windows. It wasn't difficult to clean up these areas on arrival but not something we expected to have to do.

Poor accommodation

This was not an enjoyable stay. There air conditioning Wasn’t working properly The hot water kept going cold when in shower. My partner had to wait twenty or so minutes for a shower after I had one due to having to wait till it heated up again. The window in the room was not fit for purpose as it was too small which meant there was very poor circulation of air in the room. Given the current circumstances re covid 19 this was a health hazard. The cooker was difficult to navigate. The room was stifling hot even though the heaters were off. We couldn’t leave the very small window open as we were in the ground floor. This made it very difficult to sleep.

A Fantastic Place To Stay

Beautiful flat, with everything you need! Modern, clean and a great location. I was very comfortable during my 1 month stay. Comments/Recommendations: 1. Need clear instructions for the washer/dryer. All foreigners are not familiar with the combo washer/dryers. 2. Hot water runs out before 2 showers back to back are complete.
