"Great location right next to the train station and not far to walk to shops and restaurans. Friendly staff. Room is spacious and was ideal as it had a fridge and air con and the temp was 30 degrees outside so we got to go back and relax in the room with the air con. Stayed here a few times now and would highly recommend."

Very well situated hotel, right next to train station - again no noise apparent. Very good buffet breakfast. Enjoyed it and will be back."

"The room was clean but the bath was chipped so looked dirty and it made me concerned about germs. I was disappointed in the lack of toiletries. I wanted a bath but the soap was attached to the wall at the height suitable for a shower so it was impractical for bath users. Bar was nice and food was delivered promptly."

"Dirty bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work and the room was advised with a balcony which wasn’t a proper balcony with being a corner room its was tiny. The place was under renovation. Just poor wouldn’t stay there ever again."

"Mattress was extremely hard, barely slept The safe wasn’t working Although we paid for breakfast we were not on the list and had to wait till we were checked out Receptionist said that new mattresses were recently installed but they were rock hard. Would have been more comfortable on the floor"

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very convenient for the city centre, shops, restaurants and the train station, which made everything really easy. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel had a good overall...
