Like always we absolutely love this hotel. Great location, amazing food at any time in the restaurants, and the atmosphere is awesome. The service and concierge is just amazing. Extremely nice employees that care about their guests! Every time we go to London, this is my place!!!

Very clean room. Cleaned every day with new towel and plenty of soap. We left dishes in the sink and they were cleaned every day for us. The water was warm and close to the tube and plenty of restaurants.
