I had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Empress. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Victoria and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Overall, everything was good. The only suggestion I would have is regarding the service in the breakfast area. The really young lady welcoming guests may benefit from some additional service training. Even small adjustments in facial expression and approach could better align with the hotel’s service ...

Hotel Grand Pacific
Room was clean, housekeeping responsive with towels blankets pillows. Had room service but was dinner not breakfast. Did not try hot tub nor did I have a jetted tub. Days Inn by Wyndham Victoria On The Harbour
Close to the harbor and very scenic area. Bathroom light stayed on our whole trip. Could have nicer bed covering and sheets.
