"Uns hat es gefallen. Für den Hind war sogar ein Napf schon im Zimmer vorbereitet nebst einem kleinen Körbchen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und man konnte direkt beim hotel mit dem Hund Gassi gehen.das Frühstück war im Marche' nebenan und richtig gut. Tolle Auswahl. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, können das Hotel aber vor allem für Hundebesitzer empfehlen."

"Fantastic views from this hotel, we had room 24, which was absolutely stunning. You do have to book your shuttles kind of an advance because depending on how many people are at the hotel you have to get back-and-forth to town so it’s a good idea to try and plan your day out. The staff are very helpful overall a very good place. They are doing some renovations so if you’re planning on sleeping in late, you might hear something. Also, it seems like the restaurant is on top of the suite so early...

We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated. "Very nice, small family owned & run hotel. Rooms are all suites. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with lots of variety and high quality. Dinner available, simple menu but very good. Nice lounge area with a simple bar. Spectacular view from our room, that has a large balcony to enjoy the view. On site parking easily accessible. There is another hotel accross the road that has a great reastaurant & bar. The staff even recommended it! Would defiantly book again!"

"Hotel Excelsior Splendide was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything in Bellagio just a short walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Como, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring. The hotel was beautiful, the room was great, and the included breakfast was an added bonus. We couldn't recommend it more!"

"Pro: Außenbereich, Pool, Aussicht, Parkplätze Negativ: Das Zimmer war unterirdisch. Wenn es draußen wärmer wird, ist schlaf kaum möglich. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage sondern nur einen Deckenventilator, der kaum etwas rettet. Die Luft steht im Zimmer und wenn man das Fenster öffnet, hat man den Lärm der vielbefahrenen Straße. Es ist aber ohnehin unmöglich die Zimmertemperatur auf ein akzeptables Maß runterzubekommen, selbst wenn dann Nachts nur noch 18 Grad sind. Platz für die Koffer ist kaum...

"The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average. They had fresh squeezed orange juice (they actually had a machine right there). Nice fruits and...

"One of the nicest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff went above and beyond to help. My husband left his sunglasses in the restaurant and while we were waiting for the ferry they actually sent them down with a shuttle for him, which was so helpful because we were going to Bellagio for a couple days. The pool is stunning. It was so nice. There’s very few places with pools there so it was great to sit out there in the afternoon. It was so hot. We didn’t eat there so I’m not sure...
