"The hotel is well located in the heart of Lugano with views out over the lake. Easy access to and from the train station. We loved staying here because everything was at our fingertips. Highly recommend it."

"Great location, great staff, great hotel! No complaints, we had a wonderful stay with a beautiful view :)"

"Our room was basic but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions about things to do and navigating local transportation options. Our stay included a breakfast buffet offering fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Very tasty."
