The concierge from checkin was wonderful and really gave great insight to the area, things to do in relation to how the weather would be and where to go if we had any questions. "This is a lovely little boutique hotel between Varenna and Bellano. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and help you navigate the Lake Como transportation options. Walkable to Bellano to catch the ferry. Very comfortable bed and beautiful lake view from the balcony. The bathroom is all glass, which is strange, but with two people it is no issue. Just step on to the balcony to give each other privacy. A really beautiful spot to start our trip, thank you! "
