"We were right on the water. Free parking within hotel was a bonus in Lake Como. 50 metres to the ferry. First day we took ferry to Bellagio. Beautiful city but far too busy. In early June , we had to line up for over an hour to catch a ferry back to our hotel. The next day, we drive around the lake and enjoyed the less commercially. "

"If I could give this hotel 10 stars instead of 5 for excellency I would. I have never been so overwhelmed by seeing such a beautiful imposing building right overlooking the stunning lake. We were blown away by absolutely everything it offers - location, views, room and breakfast. Very sad to have to leave here and will be back one day. "

"Beautiful little hotel in the stunning Lake Como! Breakfasts were brilliant - what a view. The ferry left from right outside and it was walkable to a couple of nice restaurants. We had the family room for four which was perfectly adequate for us. Would highly recommend this hotel. I would stay again if I’m ever lucky enough to be back in lake Como! "

"Great place to stay overnight near Como while travelling from northwest Europe to central Italy. The private garage under the room is an excellent facility that offers more security and peace of mind when your car is packed for a holiday. The hotel accepts dogs, which is a must for us, and the additional cleaning fee (5 Euros for small dogs, 10 Euros for large dogs) is very reasonable. Thanks! One suggestion for improvement: tea and coffee-making facilities (eg. kettle and/or coffee machine)...

"Wonderful place right on the water, separate from all the tourists and center of town but an easy walk and Varenna is less than 4 minutes away. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing. It was a fantastic stay"

"This was a lovely hotel near to Como Lago station and really near the funicular and the ferries. Isabella was amazing, so lovely and helpful. Convenient location for this beautiful city."
