My husband left his sunglasses in the restaurant and while we were waiting for the ferry they actually sent them down with a shuttle for him, which was so helpful because we were going to Bellagio for a couple days. The pool is stunning. It was so nice. There’s very few places with pools there so it was great to sit out there in the afternoon. It was so hot. We didn’t eat there so I’m not sure...

"The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "
