"Great hotel near the central train station, a little far from the lively night life streets if that’s your thing. Very walkable. Room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast down the street has amazing croissants. If the other guests are out in the common area late at night noise travels pretty well is my only complaint."

"It seems that the property houses multiple hotels which makes it confusing and disorganized. The location is very close to the metro station and therefore, very convenient. We noticed a lot of police cars especially in the evening. The breakfast was good and the chef was friendly and super nice."

"The front desk staff were amazing! However, the property could use some help. We stayed on the first and last night's of our trip. The first night the shower leaked everywhere, and the air conditioner barely worked. The second night the shower drained SO slowly. Both nights the rooms were super cute, with a loft area for the kids to sleep in and different decor/themes."

"We had a great visit. The room was spotless and looked just like the photos. Check-in was easy and flexible as well. The room is located super close to the central station and located around local cuisine and more. Definitely recommend for your next visit to Naples! "

"The VPM Rooms accomodation (triple room) was exactly that...a self contained room complete with bathroom and without a kitchenettem (the Expedia pictures can misguide you here). The room was functional but basic (almost like a hostel room). It did the job but it did not invite you to linger in it, but that was fine for us as we only wanted a base of operation. It was also only practical for use by a couple...we used the second single bed for our suitcases.

"No WiFi in room 302 though they claim free WiFi. They knew that room never get any WiFi signal, still they lie. Very small shower room, fit for only a lean person. No support from the staff. 11 am in the checkout time, even 10 minutes delay will be charged extra, weird!! I went to this by seeing the brand of Best Western, but felt bad for staying there for 3 days with no WiFi."

"I really loved my stay here and had a wonderful experience in Naples.
The property was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony that I truly enjoyed during my stay. The breakfast was excellent—the cornetto was always fresh, warm, and delicious.

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren mit der Unterkunft wirklich sehr zufrieden. Alles war extrem sauber, das Zimmer war bequem und wir haben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt.
Die Lage hat uns bei der Ankunft ehrlich gesagt erst einmal etwas überrascht. Die Gegend wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas rau und ist nicht die typische touristische Seite von Neapel.
