Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Difficult to rate this hotel - first what we liked: the hotel itself is compact & fine. The rooms are a good size, good quality, and cleaning was excellent every day. The breakfast was good - only the breakfast staff could have been a little more welcoming. Reception & door staff were very friendly.
We didn’t like: The stairs around the lift need to be vacuum cleaned - we walked up to the roof bar and the first impression wasn’t great.
I have no idea if our room was upgraded as it wasn’t mentioned at reception (?) and we weren’t offered or reminded that we qualified for free drinks as part of the Expedia package. I queried it when we checked out and was told
I could have requested it at the bar - I’d forgotten as we’d booked a number of hotels and it would have been good to have been reminded at check in. Finally - not much the hotel can do about this but the location wasn’t great - dirty streets (unfortunately a lot of Napoli suffers from this problem) but also it’s not in a touristic area and on the wrong side of the city for the majority of attractions. The nearest amenity would be the station which is a 10min walk.
