"Lovely welcome in reception check in. Room had the wow factor. Made the start of the holiday really special. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and loud but food choice and quality very good. Onsen was good. My son used it 3 times and was very impressed. Storage for suitcases was a bit lax but we managed. ..."
